Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Tuberculosis patients met the diagnostic criteria of the People's Republic of China Health Industry Standard for Pulmonary Tuberculosis (WS 288-2017), including both new and retreatment cases; 2. Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains were successfully isolated and cultured, with sequencing completed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Culture contamination or failure to successfully isolate Mycobacterium tuberculosis; 2. Identification as nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM); 3. Failure in library preparation or insufficient sequencing depth for reliable variant analysis.
