Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke and be diagnosed with stroke by transcranial computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); 2. Both patients and caregivers can communicate normally; 3. Both patients and caregivers voluntarily participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe physical diseases such as organ failure or severe cognitive impairment, or mental disorders; 2. Remunerated caregivers; 3. The patient’s life expectancy is less than 3 months; 4. The caregivers are medical staff.
