Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Disease Group: (1) Age >= 18 years, any gender. (2) Meet internationally recognized classification and diagnostic criteria for rheumatic and immune diseases (such as ACR/EULAR criteria). (3) First-time participants, including untreated initial patients and patients under follow-up, to cover different disease courses. 2. Healthy Control Group: (1) Healthy examinees frequency-matched for age and gender with the disease group. (2) No history or family history of any rheumatic or immune diseases, no Raynaud's phenomenon.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Local factors: Those with local injuries, infections, paronychia, recent manicure or chemical corrosion on fingers within one week before enrollment. 2. Interfering diseases: Those with severe diabetes, hyperthyroidism, hematological diseases, malignant tumors or other diseases that may independently affect microcirculation. 3. Image quality: Those whose nail fold images cannot be clearly collected due to overly thick nails, severe keratinization or non-cooperation of the patients. 4. Pregnant and lactating women (due to hormone level fluctuations affecting microcirculation).
