Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.First-ever stroke confirmed by CT or MRI, meeting the 2019 diagnostic criteria for stroke; 2.Unilateral lesion with residual unilateral upper limb motor impairment; Brunnstrom stage of the affected upper limb = IV and Modified Ashworth Scale = grade I+, with normal upper limb motor function prior to the index stroke; 3.Time since stroke onset = 6 months; 4.Age between 55 and 85 years; 5.Hemodynamically stable and fully conscious; 6.Able to understand study instructions and demonstrate good compliance; Willing to participate and able to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Concomitant upper limb pain or functional impairment due to other causes (e.g., adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder, rotator cuff injury); 2.First-ever stroke but with a clinically progressive course; 3.Personal or family history of epilepsy; 4.Severe psychiatric disorders, or significant cognitive, speech, visual, or hearing impairments that preclude cooperation with the assessment; 5.Severe cardiac, pulmonary, or other major organ dysfunction; 6.Concurrent participation in other clinical trials that may interfere with the assessment of study outcomes.
