Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were hospitalized or visited the outpatient department of our hospital from January 1, 2012 to the time of ethical approval (retrospective study) and from the time of ethical review to December 31, 2029 (prospective study); 2. The main or secondary diagnosis was cryptococcosis (clinically/microbiologically/pathologically confirmed).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.More than 20% of the key information in the medical record is missing.
