65 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the condition, a median incision cardiopulmonary bypass cardiac surgery is planned. 2.Age 65-80 years old; 3.ASA classification II - III; 4.Voluntarily take the test and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2.Previous cardiac surgery; 3.Preoperative circulatory instability or the need for IABP, ECMO, or high-dose positive inotropic or vasoactive drugs; 4.Speech impairment or severe hearing or visual impairment that hinders communication; 5. Central nervous system disorders: delirium, dementia; 6.Cognitive impairment confirmed by the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE): less than 17 points for illiterates, less than 20 points for those with primary school education, less than 22 points for those with secondary school education (including technical secondary schools), and less than 24 points for those with college education (including junior colleges); 7.Severe renal insufficiency (requiring dialysis); 8. Reoperation; 9.Participation in other related clinical studies within 3 months.
