Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who undergo their first assisted reproductive technology (ART) treatment with embryo transfer; 2. Those who receive at least one high-quality embryo in the first transfer; 3. Individuals with available homocysteine (Hcy) test results; 4. Those with follow-up data on pregnancy outcomes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clear factors contributing to implantation failure, including absence of good-quality embryos in the first cycle, abnormal uterine environment, or untreated hydrosalpinx. 2. Endometriosis. 3. Chromosomal abnormalities in either partner. 4. Severe diseases, such as severe immune disorders, uncontrolled diabetes, chronic kidney disease, and systemic infectious diseases. 5. Malignant tumors.
