Interventions

Fixed rhythm group:3 times per week for 12 weeks Single duration: 40 minutes (preparation 10min + intervention 25min + sort out 5min), 120 times/min fixed beat rope skipping, 5min* 4 groups
Transform rhythm group :3 times per week for 12 weeks Single duration: 40 minutes (preparation 10min + intervention 25min + sort out 5min),110-130 BPM randomly switch the rhythm to jump rope, 5min* 4
Conventional rope skipping group:3 times per week for 12 weeks Single duration: 40 minutes (preparation 10min + intervention 25min + sort out 5min), there is no external rhythm, children jump rope aut

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) In good health, without contraindications to exercise such as cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal disease, nervous system disease, etc. (2) without visual and hearing impairment, and able to understand and complete the experimental task normally; (3) The parents gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form, and the children voluntarily participated in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who could not complete the 12-week intervention and test due to injury, school transfer and other reasons during the experiment; (2) those who participated in other systematic sports training that may affect the results of the experiment during the intervention; (3) Data collection fails or is invalid during the test.
