Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The research cases all meet the inclusion criteria for intravenous thrombolysis in stroke: 1. Meet the diagnosis of cerebral infarction as specified in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2023"; 2. Aged 18 years and above; 3. Patients and/or their families are informed and give consent, and have signed the informed consent form for intravenous thrombolysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Imaging confirmed intracranial hemorrhage or non-ischemic stroke (such as tumor, epilepsy). 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction or coagulation dysfunction (INR > 1.7, platelet = 3).
