Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged between 8 and 14 years old. 2.Meeting the criteria of Chinese Expert Consensus on Strabismus Classification (2015). For intermittent exotropia, the distance strabismus angle (at 5 m) ranges from -15? to -35?; for small-angle exotropia, the distance strabismus angle (at 5 m) is between 0? and -15?. 3.After cycloplegic refraction, patients are diagnosed with myopia, with the spherical power ranging from -0.75DS to -4.00DS and the astigmatism power <= -1.25DC. 4.Except for refractive errors, patients have no other eye diseases such as amblyopia. 5.Patients are able to cooperate with relevant examinations, treatments, and clinical observations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with amblyopia or other eye diseases, obvious vertical strabismus, restrictive or paralytic strabismus. 2.Eye Trauma or Surgery History: Patients with a history of ocular trauma, previous strabismus surgery, or intraocular surgery. 3.Patients with comorbid neurological or other systemic diseases. 4.Patients with poor compliance who are unable to properly complete the task of wearing corrective glasses or cannot complete the follow - up;
