Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2.Aged between 18 and 35 years; 3.Meet the diagnostic criteria for hyperuricemia as defined in the 2019 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Hyperuricemia and Gout: fasting serum uric acid levels greater than 420 µmol/L on two separate occasions; 4.Gender: both male and female are eligible; 5.Able to adhere to the study or follow-up procedures;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Use of antibiotics or antifungal drugs within 30 days prior to enrollment; 2.Use of probiotic products within 2 weeks prior to enrollment; 3.Use of medications that may interfere with glucose or lipid metabolism within 1 month prior to enrollment (such as insulin, glibenclamide, indomethacin, phentolamine, furosemide, phenytoin sodium, cortisone, etc.); 4.Coexisting diseases affecting glucose/lipid metabolism or gut microbiota (e.g., thyroid dysfunction, asthma, diarrhea, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, history of gastrointestinal surgery, etc.); 5.Pregnant or lactating women; 6.Secondary hyperuricemia due to tumors, chronic kidney disease, hematologic diseases, psoriasis, medication, or other causes; 7.Hepatic insufficiency: alanine aminotransferase and/or aspartate aminotransferase >1.5 times the upper limit of normal and/or total bilirubin exceeding the upper limit of normal; 8.Renal insufficiency: estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) <60 ml/min/1.73m², calculated using the CKD-EPI equation based on the subject’s serum creatinine level; 9.Deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigator’s judgment;
