Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inpatients in no-accompanying-care wards and medical staff; 2.Normal cognition and no mental illness; 3.Providing informed consent and voluntarily participating in and cooperating with this survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from severe mental illness; 2.Unable to cooperate in completing the questionnaire/ interview.
