Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction according to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Heart Failure 2024; 2. Functional classification of Class I to III as defined by the New York Heart Association (NYHA); 3. Age between 45 and 90 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of impaired consciousness or cognitive impairment, defined as a score of 0 on the Mini-Cog assessment; 2. Terminal illness; 3. Bedridden status; 4. Presence of any absolute or relative contraindication to exercise rehabilitation as stipulated in the heart failure exercise expert consensus; 5. Regular exercise habits, defined as engaging in structured exercise for 3 or more days per week, with each session lasting >=30 minutes.
