Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 years old; 2. The surgical methods include transoral/thoracoscopic and open thyroid surgeries; 3. The case data are complete (including preoperative assessment, surgical records, and postoperative follow-up information); 4. Voluntary participation in the study and the informed consent form signed by the guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No complete perioperative and follow-up data; 2. Patients who underwent conversion to open surgery; 3. Patients with severe systemic diseases that affected the assessment.
