Intervention group: 1.Cognitive Intervention:Older adults participate in 2 cognitive intervention sessions per week using cognitive training devices at community health service centers. Each session l
Control group:Provide basic health education, regular health follow-up, and general daily care guidance for the elderly in the community.

60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years and above; 2. Morse Fall Scale score >= 45; 3. Taking more than 3 medications, e.g., antihypertensives, sedatives; 4. Having a history of falls: fall occurred within 1 year without severe fracture or craniocerebral injury, in rehabilitation period, and able to walk independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive impairment and inability to cooperate with the intervention (Clock Drawing Test score < 4); 2. Received psychological intervention within three months, or taking antidepressants; 3. Severe motor dysfunction (e.g., paralysis, requiring long-term bed rest); 4. Unstable vital signs (e.g., advanced cancer, severe cardiopulmonary diseases).
