Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Blood samples: patients with a clear diagnosis of RA, OA or healthy people. 2. Joint fluid samples: patients with a definite diagnosis of RA or OA.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Blood sample: Patients with a clear diagnosis of RA or OA who have received any hormone or immunosuppressant therapy within one month prior to blood collection; Where there is clear evidence of infection at the time of blood collection; Those with serious diseases such as malignant tumors. 2. Joint fluid samples: Patients diagnosed with RA who have received any hormone or immunosuppressant therapy within one month prior to specimen collection; Those with joint infections; Those with serious diseases such as malignant tumors.
