Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for the ACLR subjects in the RTS study are as follows: 1. Age: 18-35 years old 2. BMI: 21-26 3. Before injury, engaged in recreational sports (Tegner activity level score of 6 or above) 4. Single-sided primary anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery for 9 months or more 5. Met the RTS clinical criteria (symmetry index of the affected limb in the single-leg jump test >= 90%, symmetry of quadriceps muscle strength >= 85%, Tegner score >= 5, ACL-RSI scale score > 65 points) Healthy control group: Maintain regular physical activities, engaging in at least 3 days of leisure sports or exercise per week, with each session lasting at least 1 hour. In this study, the age, gender, BMI, Tegner score, and exercise level of the healthy control group were matched with those of the ACLR subjects who underwent RTS. All participants in this study were required to meet the fMRI test requirements, including: 1. no metal implants in the head and neck area; 2. no neurological diseases such as epilepsy, severe migraines, or brain trauma within the past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bilateral ACL injury; 2. Other ligament combined injuries; 3. Within the past year, apart from this ACL reconstruction surgery, there have been other lower limb injuries; 4. Presence of pregnancy, neurological diseases, cardiovascular diseases, etc.; 5. Presence of metal implants that affect MRI scans, claustrophobia, etc.
