18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range 18-80 years; 2.ASA classification: Grade I - III; 3.The body mass index ranges from 18.5 to 30 kg/m^2; 4.The patient is conscious, able to cooperate, and has signed a written informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with ASA classification higher than grade III; 2.Patients with alcohol addiction and drugs that affect mental state (such as sedatives and analgesics) and monoamine oxidase inhibitors for a long time; 3.patients with severe nasal congestion, recent nasal trauma or bleeding, significantly elevated intracranial pressure or skull base fractures, and those with a potentially difficult airway; 4.patients allergic to related anesthetic drugs; 5.Patients with severe functional impairments of organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys, or with coagulation disorders; 6.Patients with consciousness disorders, significant risk of gastrointestinal obstruction due to aspiration, or other conditions unsuitable for participation in this study;
