40 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 40 years. 2. Normal karyotype in both partners and normal sex hormone levels: FSH < 12 IU/L, E2 < 80 pg/ml. 3. Body Mass Index (BMI): 18–28 kg/m². 4. Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) as the fertilization method. 5. Compliance with national family planning policies. 6. Signed informed consent form. 7. Agreement to undergo elective freeze-thaw single embryo transfer. 8. Willingness to comply with the study protocol and ability to complete the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to IVF/ICSI treatment. 2. Uterine malformations. 3. Severe intrauterine adhesions or an endometrial thickness of <7 mm. 4. Endometriosis (Stage III–IV). 5. Coexisting systemic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, etc.
