Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All clinically stable patients presented with typical symptoms of COPD.The post-bronchodilator forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1)/forced vital capacity (FVC) ratio was 90% under non-oxygen-supplemented conditions, and were able to undergo overnight PSG monitoring. 3.The diagnosis of OSA was in accordance with the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome (Revised 2011). 4.Patients with COPD-OSA overlap syndrome were defined as those who met both the diagnostic criteria for COPD and OSA. 5.Provided voluntary consent to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Use of invasive mechanical ventilation during hospitalization, comorbidity with other pulmonary diseases such as lung tumor, extensive bronchiectasis, or pulmonary tuberculosis; obesity hypoventilation syndrome, decompensated chronic heart failure and comorbidity with neuromuscular diseases, etc. 2.Presence of skin breakdown, bleeding tendency, lower extremity venous thrombosis, local metallic foreign body, implantable electronic devices (such as cardiac pacemakers), etc. 3.Patients with irregular medication intake and poor compliance with examinations and treatment. 4.Refused to sign the informed consent form.
