40 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients undergoing primary THA for hip osteoarthritis 2. Eligibility for uncemented THA 3. Ability to complete clinical follow-up 4. Eligibility for MRI examination at 12 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hip fracture or post-traumatic arthritis 2. Inflammatory or autoimmune joint disease 3. Neuromuscular disorders 4. Active malignancy or chronic immunosuppression 5. Contraindications to MRI
