Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for NSSI: (1) adolescents met the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for NSSI and had a history of five or more repeated NSSI episodes within one year; (2) recent non-suicidal self-injury within 2 weeks before screening; (3) age of 12-20 years old; (4) the ability to voluntarily participate in the experiment and sign informed consent; (5) having a history of education, being able to communicate normally and understand the experimental instructions; (6) normal vision or corrected vision in both eyes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for adolescents with NSSI: (1) Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score <26; (2) history of attempted suicide; (3) organic brain lesions; (4) obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, mania or borderline personality disorder; (5) patients had a complete history of CBT treatment or participated in other ward treatment while participating in the supplementary activities of the study group.
