Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Chronic Heart Failure (CHF) who meet the diagnostic criteria specified in the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure; and whose cardiac function is classified as Grade ?-? according to the New York Heart Association (NYHA) Functional Classification. 2. Aged 18 years or older (>= 18 years old). 3. Duration of chronic heart failure >= 3 months; 4. Having normal cognitive and expressive abilities. 5. Patients who have provided informed consent and are willing to cooperate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with limb dysfunction caused by other reasons; 2. Patients complicated with severe organ dysfunction, such as acute myocardial infarction, severe hepatic dysfunction, severe renal dysfunction, respiratory failure, malignant tumor, etc.
