Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke established by the National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference, with confirmation by CT or MRI. 2. First stroke onset, with a disease duration between 3 months and 2 years. 3. Unilateral hemiplegia. 4. Holden Functional Ambulation Classification >= level 2, able to walk independently without assistance for at least 10 meters. 5. Mini-Mental State Examination score >= 24 points, capable of understanding and following instructions. 6. Voluntarily participates and provides written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other neurological or musculoskeletal disorders that significantly affect walking function. 2. Severe dysfunction of vital organs (e.g., heart, lung, liver, or kidney). 3. Severe spasticity on the affected lower limb (Modified Ashworth Scale score > 2) or limited joint range of motion. 4. Severe visual or vestibular impairment affecting balance. 5. Participation in other clinical trials that may influence walking function.
