Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with acute cerebral infarction caused by large vessel occlusion undergoing interventional recanalization therapy, where "large vessels" refer to the M1 segment of the middle cerebral artery, the M2 segment of the middle cerebral artery, the extracranial segment of the internal carotid artery, the intracranial segment of the internal carotid artery, tandem lesions in the anterior circulation, as well as the V1 segment and V4 segment of the vertebral artery, and the basilar artery; (2) Onset time =6 at onset; (4) ASPECT score >=6 at onset; (5) Patient's family members have signed and agreed to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Anterior cerebral artery occlusion; (2) Posterior cerebral artery occlusion; (3) Deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity was considered immediately after operation; (4) The patient could not cooperate to complete the ankle pump exercise of the affected limb; (5) Unstable internal medicine; (6) Incomplete follow-up data.
