Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 75 years, male or female; 2.Patients diagnosed with diabetic kidney disease (diabetes complicated with chronic kidney disease, with diabetes diagnosis based on the World Health Organization definition and chronic kidney disease according to the 2024 KDIGO guidelines); 3.Patients who have not previously used SGLT2 inhibitors and currently require treatment with an SGLT2 inhibitor(Janagliflozin). 4.Patients self-reporting fatigue (with a baseline FACIT-F scale score = 40); 5.Patients voluntarily signing written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with fatigue caused by other diseases (such as thyroid dysfunction); 2.Patients complicated with severe heart failure (NYHA class III-IV), advanced liver disease, or active tumors; 3.Patients with a history of recurrent genitourinary tract infections (>=3 times in the past year); 4.Female patients who are pregnant or planning pregnancy within the next 6 months; 5.Patients unable to complete the questionnaire due to cognitive impairment or language barriers.
