Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 years or older, with no restriction on gender. 2.Diagnosed with oral cancer confirmed by pathological biopsy. 3.Hospitalized patients scheduled to undergo extended resection of oral cancer. 4.No prior receipt of other anti-tumor treatments such as chemotherapy or radiotherapy before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe underlying diseases who cannot tolerate surgery. 2.Patients with mental illness or intellectual disability. 3.Patients with recurrent tumors. 4.Female patients who are pregnant or lactating. 5.Patients who have applied topical drugs on the oral lesion mucosa before surgery.
