Interventions

Gold Standard:Postoperative pathology: pathological complete response (pCR) defined as no residual invasive carcinoma in breast and axillary lymph nodes (ypT0/is ypN0), per Chinese Expert Consensus on
Index test:1. Equipment: Supersonic Imaging Aixplorer ultrasound system (Supersonic Imagine, France)
2. Conventional ultrasound examination: including grayscale ultrasound images, CDFI images, and Angio PLUS (AP) image acquisition.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-pregnant women aged 18 years or older; 2. Histopathologically confirmed invasive breast cancer; 3. Receiving neoadjuvant therapy as part of their treatment regimen; 4. Completion of a multimodal ultrasound examination before surgery after standard neoadjuvant therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Lesions that cannot be fully visualized in a single ultrasound section (maximum lesion diameter >5 cm); 2.Patients who have previously received other breast radiotherapy, surgery, or drug treatment; 3.Lack of complete clinical and pathological data.
