Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis of jaw cyst was made on CBCT and postoperative pathology, the diameter of the cyst was 1.5-4.5 cm, and there was no secondary infection of the jaw cyst. 2.age >=18 years. 3.Before operation, complete root canal treatment was performed for lesions affected by cysts, and tooth extraction was performed for lesions that could not be retained such as degree III loosening. 4.Smoking less than 10 cigarettes a day, no alcoholism. 5.Patients whose systemic systemic examination and laboratory tests did not show obvious systemic diseases and contraindications to surgery. 6.Patients were informed of the content of this study and signed informed consent. 7.Patient compliance is good, can cooperate with treatment, regular review.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction or coagulation dysfunction. 2.The cyst was recurrent. 3.Patients with acute infection or osteomyelitis. 4.Patients with osteoporosis, diabetes, malignant tumors and other systemic diseases that affect bone healing or bone regeneration. 5.Patients with more serious periodontal disease, unable to maintain oral hygiene. 6.Patients who do not qualify for curettage of jaw cyst, or have serious segmental defects after jaw cyst removal, and must undergo autologous bone transplantation and strong internal fixation with titanium plates. 7.Those with pathological diagnosis of malignant tumour. 8.Patients with a history of bisphosphonates and a history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy within six months. 9.Patients are pregnant or breastfeeding. 10.Patients with poor compliance, unable to cooperate with treatment and follow-up work, clinical and follow-up data is incomplete.
