Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I–III; 2. Age >=50 years; 3. Body Mass Index (BMI) 18–28 kg/m^2; 4. No history of psychiatric or neurological disorders, alcoholism, drug abuse, or long-term use of opioids or sedatives; 5. No preoperative evidence of brain metastasis from the tumor; 6. Complete clinical data available.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients unwilling to participate in pre- or postoperative assessments; 2. Patients with severe preexisting cardiovascular/pulmonary diseases, hepatic/renal insufficiency, or postoperative cardiac/hepatic/renal dysfunction; 3. Patients with pre-admission severe neurological dysfunction, cognitive impairment, sleep disorders, or psychiatric disorders; 4. Patients with communication barriers or inability to understand study requirements; 5. History of traumatic brain injury, cerebral infarction, brain tumors, demyelinating disorders, alcoholism, drug abuse, or psychoactive drug use within 3 months; 6. Contraindications to MRI (e.g., vertigo, claustrophobia); 7. Intraoperative occurrence of severe adverse events.
