Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2.Age >= 18; 3.Gender: Not limited; 4.Consensus Opinions on Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (2018, Beijing);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.a history of severe mental disorders, including depression and other psychiatric illnesses; 2.Judged by the investigators to be ineligible for participation in this study;
