Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; working in ophthalmic operating room or directly involved in surgical workflow (nurses, surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurse managers, etc.). 2.Continuous work in current position for at least 6 months (newly hired nurses may be included for analysis of early career experiences). 3; 3.Informed consent and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those under administrative evaluation or with conflicts of interest that may affect free expression. 2.Those unable to complete interviews or who explicitly refuse audio recording or anonymization. 3.Those on long-term leave (e.g., sick leave, external assignment) during the study period who cannot provide valid data.
