20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 20 - 40 years old; 2.Meets the Rotterdam diagnostic criteria for PCOS; 3.Plans to undergo ART for assisted conception; 4.Voluntarily signs the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Hyperandrogenism or ovulation disorders are caused by other diseases; 2.Diabetes has been diagnosed before attempting pregnancy; 3.Complicated with severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunction or malignant tumors, etc; 4.Chromosomal karyotype abnormalities; 5.The cycle planned for PGT; 6.There are ART contraindications;
