Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years, gender unrestricted; 2. Patients scheduled for elective CPB cardiac valve replacement surgery; 3. Cardiac function class II-III, ASA class III-IV; 4. Patients voluntarily participating in the study and signing the informed consent form. ...

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe liver, kidney, brain, or lung diseases before surgery; 2. Patients with autoimmune diseases or immunosuppressive conditions; 3. Patients who are contraindicated for stellate ganglion block; 4. Patients undergoing secondary or multiple cardiac surgeries; 5. Patients participating in other clinical studies at the same time; 6. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, or women of childbearing age who are unwilling to use contraception during the study; 7. Subjects who are uncooperative, unable to follow up, or considered by the researcher as likely unable to complete the study; 8. Other situations in which the researcher judges the subject is not suitable for inclusion.
