Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Normal intelligence and the capacity for autonomous action. 2.Residing in Minhang District within six months postpartum. 3.Agree to receive follow-up until six months postpartum. 4.Informed consent: fully understand the purpose of the study before participation, voluntarily enroll, and commit to completing the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Not residing in Minhang District within six months postpartum. 2.Maternal women who refuse postpartum home visits. 3.Those who request to withdraw during the study.
