Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. informed consent; 2. Patients with newly diagnosed acute leukemia, or treatment-naive patients with acute leukemia who have not received any systemic therapy after initial diagnosis. 3. Diagnosed with acute leukemia via bone marrow aspiration, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), mixed phenotype acute leukemia (MPAL), and acute leukemia unclassified. 4. Inpatients and outpatients with chronic leukemia; 5. Diagnosed with chronic leukemia (including chronic myeloid leukemia [CML] and chronic lymphocytic leukemia [CLL]) via bone marrow aspiration.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-treatment-naive patients with acute leukemia: Those who have received prior systemic anti-leukemia therapies (such as chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy). 2. Unclear diagnosis: Conditions that cannot be definitively diagnosed as acute or chronic leukemia by bone marrow aspiration or flow cytometry (e.g., myelodysplastic syndromes [MDS], myeloproliferative neoplasms [MPN]). 3. Unable to comply with follow-up: Such as patients with mental disorders, those without a fixed residence, or those who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
