Eligibility

Sex/Gender
All
Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for decompensated liver cirrhosis, confirmed by liver function tests, abdominal ultrasound/CT, gastroscopy, and other examinations; 2.Gastroscopy and pathological examination confirm the presence of esophageal mucosal lesions (esophageal low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, early esophageal cancer, or esophageal mucosal erosion with atypical hyperplasia), with lesion diameter >=0.5 cm, and evaluation by magnifying chromoendoscopy or endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) shows that the lesion infiltration depth is limited to the mucosal layer or superficial submucosal layer (SM1); 3.Patient age 18–75 years, any gender, conscious, and able to cooperate with ESD surgery and follow-up; 4.No absolute contraindications for ESD treatment, and coagulation function can meet surgical requirements after intervention (INR controlled below 1.5, platelet count >30×10^9/L); 5.Patient and family are informed and have signed the ESD surgery consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The lesion infiltration depth exceeds the superficial submucosal layer (SM2 or above), or there are distant metastases or lymph node metastases; 2. Combined severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, renal failure, coagulation disorders (which cannot be corrected after intervention), severe infections, etc. 3. Those who cannot tolerate endoscopic ESD procedures or refuse to sign the informed consent form.
