Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Right-handed; 2.Healthy adults meeting the TMS application criteria; 3.Voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Has been diagnosed with or assessed for a mental disorder using standardized scales; 2.Taking analgesics and other medications from one month before allocation until the end of the study; 3.Persistent pain of any type; 4.Any metal implants; 5.History of dysmenorrhea, menstruation, pregnancy, or lactation; 6.Used central nervous system stimulation/modulation techniques within the past 2 weeks; 7.History of gastrointestinal disease or recent gastrointestinal symptoms; 8.Has a documented history of allergic disease.
