Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age is between 18 and 25 years old, and the gender is not limited; (1) 0 < visual analogue scale < 4; (2) Those who did not take oral or topical analgesic drugs within 1 week and did not receive other analgesic treatments during the test period; 3. Be able to read and understand the signed consent form. 4. Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic nonspecific low back pain;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any structural spinal deformity, osteoporosis, ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, symptomatic disc herniation or spondylolisthesis, spinal tumor or infection, obvious neurological loss, pain or sensory abnormalities below the knee; 2. There are spinal fractures, surgeries, neurological diseases requiring hospitalization, LBP caused by trauma or extraspinal diseases (i.e., visceral, vascular, genitourinary system); 3. Radiation pain below the knee joint; 4. Lower back pain caused by tumor, infection, metabolic disease, inflammatory arthritis and fracture; 5. Regular exercise intervention for lower back pain in the past 6 months; 6. Mental illness or cognitive impairment, pregnancy or lactation;
