Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Retrospective Part: Inclusion Criteria for Patients Undergoing RYGB Surgery 1. Age 16-65 years; 2. Systolic blood pressure >= 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 90 mmHg; 3. Patients undergoing metabolic surgery at our hospital. Prospective Part: Inclusion Criteria for Normotensive Individuals 1. Age 16-65 years; 2. 18.5 = 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 90 mmHg; 3. Signed informed consent, agreeing to participate in this study. Prospective Part: Inclusion Criteria for Hypertensive Patients Undergoing RYGB Surgery 1. Age 16-65 years; 2. Systolic blood pressure >= 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 90 mmHg; 3. Patients undergoing metabolic surgery at our hospital; 4. Signed informed consent, agreeing to participate in this study. Prospective Part: Inclusion Criteria for Normotensive Patients Requiring Partial Mesenteric Resection 1. Require resection of part of the mesentery; 2. Mesenteric tissue not infiltrated by cancer cells; 3. Systolic blood pressure = 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 90 mmHg; 4. Age 16-65 years; 5. Signed informed consent, agreeing to participate in this study.
