Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. 2. Be at least 18 years old and have obtained the nurse's practice qualification certificate. 3. Nursing workers who are registered at multiple centers including the Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine (the leading unit) and hold a nurse's practice qualification certificate. 4. The nursing information system of the hospital to which the subjects belong is managed and operated through information networks and equipment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nursing workers who were absent for more than three months due to study, personal leave, sick leave, maternity leave or other reasons during the investigation period. 2. Nursing workers who have been using the nursing information system for less than three months. 3. Nursing workers who have not directly used the nursing information system due to reasons such as further education, trial work, or internship. 4. Vulnerable groups other than subordinates of the researcher and employees of the research unit, including those with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, pregnant women, etc.
