Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with infertility caused by fallopian tube factors; 2. Patients with mild or moderate oligospermia, asthenospermia and teratozoospermia; 3. Fertility treatment by ART: IVF or ICSI; 4. Female age =2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chromosomal abnormalities; 2. Patients with recurrent implantation failure (>=3 previous implantation failure cycles); 3. Uterine malformation, submucous uterine myoma (>=0.5 cm), endometrial polyp, intrauterine adhesion, or intrauterine effusion; 4. Endometriotic cyst or adenomyosis; 5. Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome; 6. Patients with severe oligospermia, asthenospermia and teratozoospermia; 7. ART treatment: TESA, PGT; 8. Female age >=35 years; 9. Fresh embryo transfer cycle; 10. Non-single blastocyst transfer cycle.
