Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the definition of a preterm infant: a newborn born at a gestational age of 34 weeks to less than 37 weeks (238–259 days); meets the definition of a full-term infant: a live-born newborn born at a gestational age of 37 weeks to less than 42 weeks (259–294 days), with a birth weight >= 2500g and <= 4000g, without malformations or diseases. 2. Parents of the study subjects sign an informed consent form. 3. Follow-up period is 1 year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with underlying diseases or conditions that severely affect growth and development, such as trisomy 21, inborn errors of metabolism, complex congenital heart disease, thalassemia, etc. 2.Incomplete clinical data or loss to follow-up.
