Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with prediabetes: According to the diagnostic criteria for prediabetes, include patients with impaired fasting glucose or impaired glucose tolerance. 2. Patients with type 2 diabetes: According to the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes, include patients with fasting blood glucose >= 7.0 mmol/L, random blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L, or 2-hour blood glucose in an oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) >= 11.1 mmol/L. 3. According to obesity diagnostic criteria: Body Mass Index (BMI) >= 28 kg/m², or waist circumference meeting obesity-related standards: male waist circumference >= 90 cm, female waist circumference >= 85 cm. 4. Age range: 18-65 years old (including 18 and 65), no gender restriction. 5. Blood glucose control relatively stable in the past 3 months, hypoglycemic treatment regimen relatively stable, and glycated hemoglobin HbA1c <= 8.5%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute complications such as ketoacidosis and hyperosmolar hyperglycemic syndrome, as well as severe chronic complications 2. Patients with severe osteoporosis (T <=-3.5 or T <=-2.5 + fragility fractures) 3. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc. 4. Diseases affecting bone metabolism: such as hyperparathyroidism or hypoparathyroidism, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, hypogonadism, acromegaly, osteomalacia, osteogenesis imperfecta, celiac disease, inflammatory bowel disease, chronic liver disease, malignant tumors, etc.; patients with autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc. 5. Patients who have used drugs affecting bone metabolism within the past 1 year: such as bisphosphonates, calcitonin, parathyroid hormone analogues, glucocorticoids, etc. 6. Patients who have undergone bariatric surgery in the past 1 year or plan to undergo bariatric surgery during the study period 7. Pregnant or lactating women: Women who are pregnant or lactating, and those who plan to become pregnant during the study period 8. Mental and psychological disorders: Patients with severe mental illness, severe cognitive dysfunction, and those who cannot cooperate with the study process
