Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the Western medical diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease; 2.Age 35-80 years, gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Concurrent severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; 2.Concurrent autoimmune disorders, haematological conditions, infectious diseases, thyroid disorders, etc.; 3. Diagnosed with cancer or currently undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 4. Presence of congenital heart disease, recurrent and refractory heart failure, or other cardiovascular system disorders; 5. Current use of corticosteroids, antiplatelet agents, or similar medications; 6.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 7.Patients with incomplete clinical data; 8. Individuals refusing consent for case use in research.
