Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent and willing to participate in this study; 2. Caring for disabled elderly people aged >=65 and providing care for >=1 month; 3. Clear consciousness, normal expression, able to complete the survey independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling to participate in this survey or having communication and language expression barriers; 2. Simultaneously participating in other studies; 3. Family caregivers with mental, psychological, or cognitive disorders, or substance dependence; 4. Family caregivers who have experienced major stressful life events in the past 3 months (such as bereavement, divorce, serious illness, etc.).
