Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 50 years old, diagnosed with HIV infection and receiving regular antiretroviral therapy (ART) for >= 2 years; 2. Continuous viral suppression (VL 1 year; 3. Complete baseline and previous medical follow-up information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe lack of baseline and previous follow-up data; 2. Those whose estimated survival period at the beginning of the study was less than 3 months; 3. Those who could not cooperate with the researchers.
