Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female students in school 2. Adults aged 18-28 3. 18.5 <= BMI < 23.9 4. Regular meals and sleep patterns

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have metabolic diseases. 2. Stay up late. 3. Skip breakfast. 4. Be allergic or intolerant to the test substance (including vinegar, glucose, raisins, cucumbers, chicken breast, luncheon meat, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, salad dressing, rice, etc.) 5. Have a smoking habit. 6. Have a drinking habit. 7. Are engaged in professional sports training. 8. Have abnormal liver and kidney functions. 9. Have been diagnosed with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other serious illnesses. 10. Have mental and psychological behavioral disorders. 11. Have eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, etc. 12. Have been taking medications for a long time or have any drug dependence. 13. Have sleep disorders: insomnia, sleep apnea, disrupted biological clock, restless legs syndrome, etc. 14. Have digestive disorders or frequent gastrointestinal discomfort. 15. Have lost weight or adopted other special dietary patterns in the past six months.
