Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hold a nurse's practice qualification certificate; 2. Currently engaged in clinical nursing work and having worked for one year or more; 3. Voluntarily participate in this survey and independently complete this questionnaire survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses who were unable to complete the questionnaire due to reasons such as going out for further study, sick leave, maternity leave, pregnancy, absence from work and non-cooperation.
