Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Retrospective Study (1) Previously visited our hospital for "precocious puberty" or "growth retardation"; (2) Complete baseline assessment and follow-up duration of at least 6 months. 2. Prospective Study (1) Visited for growth and development related issues; (2) Complete baseline assessment and follow-up records of >= 6 months; (3) Strictly adhere to follow-up every 3 months, with imaging re-examination once every 6 months; (4) Subjects and/or guardians voluntarily participate and sign informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.CPP caused by central organic lesions; 2.Peripheral precocious puberty; 3.Isolated premature thelarche; 4.Major genetic/metabolic/chronic diseases affecting growth; 5.Those who have participated in interventional trials in the past and may affect the outcomes.
